About Ushers

Our History - 63 Years and Counting

From the early days of flat-belt driven manual equipment to the current cutting edge computer-controlled machining centers with CAD/CAM interfaces, the high level of quality and care that goes into our product has remained solid.

Precision-machined turbine parts for the global marketplace fill the shop now more than the tractor, plow and harvester parts of the past, but with that change have come multiple opportunities to grow, adapt, improve and profit.

The world is a much different place than at the end of the 1940's, but our unique blend of talented people and their strong unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction continues to provide a sound basis for new and repeat sales. Tested over and again, we continue to stand on a foundation of core strengths to consistently produce superior parts for the best value.

In 2016, Ushers was acquired by Aalberts Industries N.V., which maintains facilities in Round Lake, NY and recently completed a 71,000 square foot facility in Greenville, SC — a key region for gas turbine generation and OEM manufacturing.

Like Tony's long tenure, our business maturity offers an unparalleled track record of getting the job done, done well and on-time; of meeting challenges head-on and succeeding; of our past experience now being our expertise. Distinctive advantages that serve our employees and customers well and will continue to do so as we confidently look forward to a bright tomorrow.

Tony was the first employee hired by Ushers Machine & Tool Company Inc. when founded back in 1946 and still comes to work early every day. That says a lot about the long history and success of this business and the traditions we are proud to carry on.
